Any university in the world. A full seat, through contribution, with no fee.
Who: any legitimate university in the world, of any size and in any region. The Delegate role is open to every university and carries no fee.
A voice for all cannot depend on money. If only universities that can pay were represented, WUF would speak for the fortunate and not for the university world. The Delegate role closes that gap. A Delegate university pays with purpose: it gives time, knowledge and effort instead of a fee.
A Delegate brings

- Mentoring of a peer institution, or being mentored
- Its research and experience, shared with the family

Thousands of voices become one strong voice
Each Delegate contributes a little. Together, Delegates contribute something no one else has: a living picture of the university world, from every region and every type of institution. When thousands of universities answer the same questions, WUF can show what universities need, with evidence that cannot be ignored.
- Contribute. Delegates answer surveys, join polls and share experience.
- Combine. WUF brings the answers together into data on the whole university world.
- Speak. WUF uses that data to speak for universities where decisions are made.
- Return. The results come back to every member as reports and tools.
A Delegate keeps an active seat by meeting a small number of contributions each year, designed so that a university with few staff can meet them.
